What Scanfile provides

Scanfile, operated as ⁨scanfile.online⁩, translates selected PDF pages using automated processing. It is not a certified translation service. Check important names, figures, formatting and meaning before relying on a result; obtain qualified review where accuracy is essential.

Only upload documents you are permitted to process. You retain your rights in the documents; submitting a file allows the service and its processing providers to handle it to perform your requested translation. Do not use the service for unlawful content, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

Page-by-page purchases

Buy credits. Translate whenever you need. No subscription. Credits never expire and work across files. Failed work releases held credits.

Creem acts as merchant of record for checkout purchases. Its buyer terms apply to the checkout transaction.

Delivery, retries and document availability

Adding or retrying pages renews file access for 3 days. Files stay available while translation runs, and for 3 days after it finishes. Files are kept for 3 days, whether signed in or not. Signing in saves the translation record to your account; it does not extend file availability. Download your files before they expire.

Payment problems and refund requests

If payment is confirmed but pages are not delivered, or you paid overlapping checkouts twice, do not pay again. Email support with the order reference and a short description.

Development status and updates

These pages will be updated as operational and legal arrangements are finalized. For a question about an existing order, contact support rather than assuming that a later pricing or interface change alters the original recorded purchase.
